    We started this site as we are unhappy with ERBID, if you don't know what it is, its a TAX that is collected with business rates by Torbay Council and is supposed to be used to boost the marketing of the bay. However in Torbay there is no evidence of improvements and we have been trying to get it for two years, that the £3m every 5 years that the 1300 local businesses pay is being spent well let alone as ERBID put it 'businesses collaborate to decide what additional services (in addition to those already provided by Business Rates(almost none!) that eligible businesses are prepared to pay for'

  • ACTION PLAN

    We have already issued legal action against ERBID and are now looking for other businesses who feel short changed by Ms Custerson and her crew. We have already had about 20 businesses who have raised concerns at the point we created this website. We need you or else just like Torbay Council we are accepting failure and that its again ok to waste millions of pounds of tax payer money without anything to show for it.
